Dr. Cindy Sinclair is Founder and President of Sinclair Consulting Services, lead co-founder of the Immigrant Medical Doctors (IMD) Forum, co-designer and facilitator of an Alternative Career Program for Internationally Educated Healthcare Professionals (IEHPs) and leader of the Immigrant Women Medical Doctors of Color Circle (IWMDCC). She has 20+ years of experience working with healthcare-related Immigrant professionals. Recognizing her invaluable support to newcomer immigrant professionals, she was awarded a Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Award in 2023, among other university and government awards. She is an adjunct lecturer and mentor at the University of Toronto.
As a former university administrative staff in postgraduate medicine and social sciences education, she has an expansive knowledge of both areas, including medical licensure, accreditation and principles of medical regulatory bodies. As a university graduate with extensive Canadian and international experience, an educator, education consultant and collaborator with leaders and administrators, she brings a wealth of support to her clients. Students and immigrant professionals' success are central to her role at the University and SCS.

Dr. Pius is a passionate scholar and a Nursing Science Educationalist, who enjoys transferring his professional knowledge and experience to build the confidence of his students and clients. His brings extensive advanced analytical and student advising skills. He can easily recognize students' challenges and design effective strategies to overcome challenges and build capacity and innovative solutions towards satisfactory achievements. His keenness to details and future oriented strategies have driven a results-oriented service delivery model to aid the clients of Sinclair Consulting Services to progress; secure the correct interventions and implement key factors to ensure their success in academic research, educational and professional ambitions.
Mr. James is a certified teacher with the Ontario College of Teachers. He graduated from the University of Toronto (U of T) with a B.A. (Honours). He received his Bachelors of Education (BEd) degree from the University of Western Ontario and Master of Education (MEd) in Social Justice Education from U of T. He was President of the U of T Varsity Blues Men's Rugby and Ontario University Athletic all-Star. Mr. James has held various part-time jobs throughout high school and university. He worked in business marketing and promotion and spent the last ten years working in public education where he is passionate about motivating students to realize the world around them and reach their true potential in education, sports and teacher preparation for virtual, hybrid and in-person classrooms.
Ms. Amanda is a graduate from York University and Institute of Law Clerks in Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts and an Associate's Degree respectively. Her love of law and education has intersected as she has also completed her studies at George Brown College in the concentration of Family Law Practice and Procedures. Ms. Amanda brings a holistic approach to life, education and processes as a member of the Sinclair Consulting Services team. She is also Chair of the Global Education Scholarship Committee and manages the SCS Scholarship Program.
Liliana Compagnone, an esteemed educator with nearly four decades of experience, stands as a beacon in the field of education. Her journey began at the prestigious Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) and thrived at York University, where she honed her teaching and mentorship skills, amassing accolades for her contributions. Liliana's distinct credential as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) leader sets her apart. Her passion for mindfulness fuels her quest to become a Mindfulness Facilitator, enriching her capacity to foster resilience and well-being in students. As an active board member of the Ontario Institute for Studies in Applied Arts and Education Alumni Association (OISAA), Liliana orchestrates transformative workshops, empowering mentors and mentees, ensuring educational excellence endures as well as helping mentees gain important insights and networking opportunities for better integration in the various Canadian workplaces.
